The LX single girder suspension overhead crane is a kind of new generation crane with intelligent feature and it is a light duty crane. It is composed of steel plate and I-steel welded into the main beam, end beam, electric hoist and electric sports car. This type of crane is mainly used in the location where is no possible install columns to support the overhead crane. The end trucks of the underslung bridge crane ride on the bottom flange of the runway beam. Typically, an underhung runway is suspended from the roof of the building and is available only on lighter capacities, not more than 10 tons.
LX single girder suspension crane is widely used in factories, warehouses, and stock yards where the height from the rail surface to the lower edge of the truss is equal to or shorter than 500mm. The trolley is equipped with a specific electric hoist which has flexible structure, reliable and safe operation.
The electric hoist runs along the lower flanges of the I-steel of the girder to accomplish article hoisting, featuring dexterous structure and easy installation and maintenance.The span of it is 3~22.5m (subject to non-standard design according to user’s requirements). The classification group is A3~A5, and it is good for working environment within working temperature between -25C- +40C. Prohibited to use in locations, where are stocks of flammable, explosive and corrosive materials. This crane model recommended by the WTO.
