With the increase of service time, the mechanical parts of the crane will inevitably follow tangible wear rules.The cause of the same failure may not be a one-to-one relationship. Therefore, the fault should be carefully analyzed to find out the specific cause and solve it.
The following conditions occur on the crane pulley:

Processing method
[1] The wear of the wheel groove wall is 1/10 of the original thickness, and the radial wear amount should be replaced when the wire diameter is 1/4;
