In July 11, 2018, the 15th China, Japan and Korea Asia Crane Safety Forum  is opened, which is undertaken by National Quality Supervision and Inspection  Center for Bridge & Light & Small Lifting Appliances and Henan Mine  Group. There are more than 160 people attended the meeting, including experts  from Japan and South Korea, China crane manufacturer representatives. The  matters of crane safety and intelligentization have been discussed.

 

 

 

The theme of this year's meeting is "to promote  innovation in science and technology and lead the future". Experts and leaders  from Japan, South Korea and China have delivered a wonderful theme speech.  
The forum is hosted by the Xianbiao Zhou, who is the chairman of the  Organizing Committee of the forum, Party Committee Deputy secretary and Deputy  Secretary General of the China Construction Machinery Society, President of  “Construction Machinery Technology and Management” Magazine.

 

 

Haitao Ren, general manager of Henan mine, said that the experts from  China, Japan and South Korea gathered together to discuss the development of the  heavy machinery industry and jointly explore the quality and safety. As  conference participants and contractors, we are very honored to have the  opportunity to learn from each other. As an important member of hoisting  machinery manufacturing enterprises, we hope to strengthen the extensive  cooperation and exchanges between the international industries. The convening of  this forum provides us with an excellent opportunity to learn and improve. We  will take advantage of this forum to learn advanced experience, innovate and  develop continuously, and make new contributions to the high quality development  of China's lifting machinery industry.

 

 

Yuqi Ding, deputy general manager of Henan mine,  has made the theme speech of "automation unmanned Crane". He introduced the  basic principles of automated unmanned cranes and four key technologies of  automatic unmanned cranes, such as anti-rolling technology, automatic  positioning technology, 3D contour scanning technology and intelligent hoist  technology, from the typical structure design of automatic unmanned crane  system. And through the classic case of automated unmanned crane manufactured in  Henan Mine, the application, characteristics and advantages of the automatic  unmanned crane are comprehensively expounded.

 

 

Xiande Yin, director of the National Bridge and  Light and Small Lifting Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,  made a theme report of “on the study of bridge type crane girder arch based on  test”

 

 

Xueren Jin (transliteration), from Korean  Industrial Safety Association, made the theme report of “on the influence of  camber on safety and performance of gantry/overhead crane”

The forum also set up academic exchanges and Q  & A part, hosted by Aiguo Liu, chief engineer of Henan Special Equipment  Safety Inspection and Research Institute. Experts and representatives from  China, Japan and South Korea exchanged on-site interaction on the intelligent  manufacturing, use and safety specifications of the crane.
